A Breckenridge man was hurt on Saturday afternoon when the farm tractor he was driving went off a private drive and hit a tree near Breckenridge. A father and step-mother have been charged in the death of a four-year old boy at Holt on Monday, October 15th. The Highway Patrol said the boy's father, 34-year old Justin Webb, and step-mother, 32-year old Melissa Webb, both of Holt, have been charged with second degree murder of four-year old Lucas Webb.
