City of Milan placed under boil advisory

The city of Milan has issued a precautionary boil advisory for drinking and cooking water. The boil order is for the ENTIRE CITY of Milan, until Friday afternoon at 1:45. It was attributed to a broken main that feeds the water tower in Milan.

The Sullivan County Public Water Supply District has issued a precautionary boil advisory for customers along Route OO between Milan and Noble Road. Also included are Sullivan County Public Water Supply customers along Otter and Oxford Roads, Desert and Diamond Drives, and Daisy Drive, 1/2 mile north of Noland Road. The boil advisory for this area is effective for drinking and cooking water until further notice.

Part of SOUTH Spickard under a boil advisory

A precautionary boil water advisory has been issued at Princeton for a portion of Coleman Street. The advisory, for drinking and cooking water is from 900 Coleman Street and SOUTHWARD. The advisory is until further notice. Water in that area was shut off to repair a leaking fire hydrant.

Gilman City placed under boil water advisory

A precautionary boil water advisory is in effect for Gilman City until further notice. Utilities Superintendent Larry Hyre says that a lightning strike on Saturday damaged a Gilman City water main midway between Gilman City and Coffey, leading to the water tower being drained and a water outage for Gilman City.

Trenton Municipal Utilities will be conducting water main repairs on Wednesday in a portion of northwestern Trenton. It will result in a WATER OUTAGE on Wednesday morning, beginning at 8 o'clock for TMU customers along 23rd Street between Mable and Chicago Streets, Chicago between 21st and 26th Streets, and Lulu between 23rd and 27th Streets.

Livingston County Public Water Supply District #4 has issued a precautionary boil advisory for its customers on 332nd Street, north of Lock Springs (a distance of approximately two miles). The advisory to boil water used for cooking and/or drinking is effective until THURSDAY afternoon at 1:30. It was caused by a water main break.

Linn-Livingston Public Water Supply District #3 has issued a precautionary boil advisory. The northern boundary for the advisory area is Highway 36. The eastern boundary is Locust Creek. The southern boundary is Fountain Grove. The western boundary is the Linn-Livingston county line.

A precautionary boil advisory has been issued for an area south of Jamesport in Daviess County. Affected are areas between HIGHWAY 190 on the east and Daviess County ROUTE O on the west. The southern boundary of the boil advisory is Route V. The northern boundary is Prairie Avenue.
