      <title>Major highways across Carroll County threatened by floodwaters</title>

      <description>Changing conditions overnight brought another road closure on Highway 10 two miles west of Carrollton in Carroll County, according to the Missouri Department of Transportation.  MoDOT crews are also closely watching U.S. Highway 24 in Chariton County just west of Keytesville where water is at the edge of Keytesville where water is at the edge-line of the road and rising.</description>
