In Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court, 36 year old Jesse Richmond IV of Spickard pleaded guilty to misdemeanor trespassing and was sentenced to 10 days in the Grundy County Detention Center.

Richmond was given credit for already serving those days.

Richmond was accused of unlawfully remaining at property owned or occupied by Jesse Richmond III and Melody Richmond July 4th.

A charge accusing Jesse Richmond IV with misdemeanor third degree assault on July 20th was dismissed by the prosecution.

40 year old Angela Grubb, with addresses at Chillhowee and Blairstown, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to 30 days confinement. It's to be concurrent with time served in the Department of Corrections. She was accused of driving while under the influence of drugs in July of last year.

33 year old Bradley Wilson of Spickard waived a preliminary hearing and was bound over to Division 1 of Grundy County Circuit Court on a charge accusing him with non- support of 2 children.

22 year old Justin Bryan of Trenton waived a preliminary hearing and was bound over to
Division 1 of Circuit Court on a charge accusing him with non-support of a child.
