Sports : Princeton Coaches Shows For Wednesday, 9/11/13

Sports Director Tom Johnson will interview Princeton Tigers football coach John Goodin and softball coach Chrystal Mayfield on Wednesday. Here are the interviews for you to listen to at your convenience!

The Princeton football team is 1-1 on the season, coming off a 27-16 home win last Friday night against Putnam County. This Friday night, the Tigers are in Bethany to open the Grand River Conference season at 0-2 South Harrison. Dennis Stephenson will call the game on KTTN FM 92.3 and, with Football Frenzy beginning pregame at 6:00.

The Princeton softball team has had an up-and-down week, losing twice in three days late last week to conference rival Gallatin, but rebounding on Saturday to win the consolation hardware at the Albany Tournament. The Lady Tigers have started this week strong, with wins over the Chillicothe JV (Monday) and at Braymer (Tuesday).

The Lady Tigers will host King City on Thursday afternoon at 5:30, and travel to Milan on Monday, September 16th to play the Lady Wildcats. The 5 o'clock varsity game will be carried live on KTTN FM 92.3 and, with Tom Johnson on the play-by-play! The Princeton girls are 5-2 overall after Tuesday night's 10-5 win at Braymer.
