The Gallatin Board Of Aldermen has approved a property tax levy of nearly 87 cents on the 100 dollars of Assessed valuation.
That includes slightly over 62 cents for general purposes, Just over 22 cents for the park fund, and nearly two cents on the 100 dollars for the band fund. The band fund is used to provide financial assistance for requested entertainment for the community.
