Road Work : MoDOT Announces Work This Week In North Missouri

The Missouri Department of Transportation will again be working on roads in North Missouri this week. Including some road closings.

Caldwell County-

Various routes – Pothole patching, Aug. 26 – 30
Route E – Chip sealing operation, Aug. 28 (Flaggers and a pilot car will guide traffic thru the work zone.)
Route A – From Route N to the Ray County line; chip sealing operation, Aug. 29 (Flaggers and a pilot car will guide traffic thru the work zone.)


Daviess County-

Route 6 – From U.S. Hwy 31 (Dekalb County) north to U.S. Hwy 69; pavement repair and widening. Aug. 24 – 30 (Includes a 10-foot width restriction.)
Route O – CLOSED from Route 6 to Prairie Avenue.; culvert replacement, Aug. 26, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Route Z – At the Grand River Bridge; drainage work, Aug. 27
Various routes – Spraying, Aug. 26 – 30
Various routes – Sign operations, Aug. 26 – 30
Route DD – At the I-35 overpass; bridge deck repair, Aug. 26 – 30


Grundy County-

Route J – CLOSED from NE 130th Street to Route JJ (Mercer County); culvert replacement, Aug. 27, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Route J – CLOSED from NE 120th Street to NE 110th Street; culvert replacement, Aug. 28, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Route J – CLOSED from NE 45th Street to Route 6; culvert replacement, Aug. 29, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
U.S. Hwy 65 – Sign operations, Aug. 26 – 27
Various routes – Spraying, Aug. 26 – 30
Various routes – Mowing, Aug. 26 – 30
Various routes – Drainage work, Aug. 26 – 30


Harrison County -

Route UU – Pothole patching, Aug. 26 – 27
Route EE – Pothole patching, Aug. 26 – 30
Route B – Pothole patching, Aug. 28 – 29
Route W – CLOSED from West 296th Place to West 280th Street; culvert replacement, Aug. 28, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Access to Route F will also be closed.)
Route W – CLOSED from West 272nd Street to West 280th Street; culvert replacement, Aug. 29, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Route W – CLOSED from West 180th Street to West 190th Street; culvert replacement, Aug. 30, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Route Y – Pothole patching, Aug. 30


Linn County-

Route B - CLOSED at the Locust Creek Bridge, until further notice
Route 11– CLOSED from nine miles south of Route C at Jewel Road to one mile east of Route F at Katy Drive, Pavement repair, Aug 26, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Various routes – Pothole patching, Aug. 26 – 30
Various routes – Sign operations, Aug. 26 – 30
Various routes – Pavement repair, Aug. 26 – 30
U.S. Hwy 36 – Westbound at the Locust Creek bridge; bridge deck repair, Aug. 26 (Includes a 15-foot width restriction.)

U.S. Hwy 65 – From 100 feet south of U.S. Hwy 36 to five miles south of U.S. Hwy 36; pavement repair, Aug. 26 – 29
