The addition of the powerhouse program from Johnson County Community College for a home-and-home series highlights the 26-game regular season.

The Lady Pirates will only have THREE games against junior varsity competition, those coming against Graceland University on November 6th, Central Methodist University on January 13th, and William Penn University on January 30th.

The season opener for NCMC's women will be at Kansas City Kansas (KCK) Community College on Friday night, November 1st at 6 o'clock. The home opener is the previously mentioned game against Graceland's JV on Wednesday, November 6th (at 5:30 PM). November then brings home dates against Southwestern Iowa (November 9th) and Fort Scott (KS) (November 16th). The Lady Pirates travel to Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, Iowa on November 13th, Southwestern Iowa CC (Creston, IA) on November 20th, and Moberly Area Community College on November 23rd.

The Lady Pirates then will have a lengthy break before an extremely challenging run of games in early December. After being off after November 23rd, North Central returns to the Ketcham Community Center floor for three straight home games, hosting Johnson County (KS) on December 4th, Barton County (KS) on December 6th, and Marshalltown (IA) CC on December 7th. The Lady Pirates will travel to the state of Florida for two games in mid-December, playing at Miami-Dade on December 13th and Broward (Fort Lauderdale, FL) on December 14th.

The new year starts with some more home cooking for NCMC, with the Lady PIrates hosting Ellsworth on January 6th, and then opening Region 16 play against Penn Valley on January 8th. John Wood visits the Ketcham Center on January 11th for a 2 o'clock tip.

After the trip to Fayette on January 13th (CMU), North Central travels to Johnson County (Overland Park) for a game on January 15th. Rival Cottey College travels to Trenton on January 21st, with the Lady Pirates making their annual trip to St. Louis on January 25th. The William Penn JV contest (January 30th) finishes out the month.

There are SIX regular season games in February to prepare North Central for the Region 16 tournament. For the first time in recent memory, North Central will travel to Kansas City to play Penn Valley on a SATURDAY, with the women's game from the A. The 2014 Division Two JUCO Women's Basketball National Championship Tournament will be played on the campus of Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas from March 18th through the 22nd.
