A call came into authorities late Saturday night of a  man being electrocuted near a vehicle with power lines still on the subject. Upon arrival of sheriff’s deputies,  a man was found laying face down in the grass in front of a pickup with a utility pole and transformer on the ground in front of the truck.

According to sheriff’s reports the subject, identified as 41-year-old Jeremy Marks, sustained non-survivable electrical injuries. Early Sunday morning the body was released to the Saline county coroner’s office.
