Kirksville Police are attempting to locate David Lee Mullin JR in reference to an arrest warrant from the State of Iowa for felony absconding/escape from custody.

David Lee Mullin JR is a white male, 5’6’ tall, 145 lbs, with brown hair and green eyes.

Mullin has numerous tattoos including sleeves on both arms and legs, tattoo of a war bird with the word “SAW” on his throat, tattoo on the right side of his neck with the words “NO REGRETS”, tattoo on back of neck of flag with Swastika and the name “DARIAN”, tattoo on chest of skulls, tattoo on right arm including Swastika & grim reaper, and tattoo on right leg with wording “JOSHUA.”

Kirksville officers have attempted to make contact with David Mullin JR at his last known residence but have been unable to locate him. Mullin has family and other ties to the Kirksville, Schuyler County, Southern Iowa areas. It is unknown if Mullin has returned to the Kirksville area.
