According to documents, Partin entered the woman's home, and immediately began arguing. The argument quickly became violent and the woman claims Partin grabbed both her shoulders, shook her before grabbing her hair, forced her to the ground, then, dragged her into her bedroom, threatening he was going to kill her.

Partin then allegedly grabbed a pair of scissors, placed them on the woman's throat and stated "I'll slice your neck if you scream."

Police documents states that he forced the woman in her car, drove her to a bridge and stated he was going to throw her over the bridge into the Chariton River, while slapping her several times.

Partin is in the Adair County Jail on a $25,000 cash only bond.
