The board approved an agreement for Scott Stephens of Chillicothe to continue to provide audit services for three years. Next year's cost will be 23-hundred 50 dollars. There are 100 dollar increases for each of the following two years.

The board accepted a bid from Data Comm Office Solutions of Chillicothe to provide copier services. The cost is 234 dollars a month for a five year contract. It was the lowest of two bids submitted.

The board approved student and faculty handbooks, voluntary accident insurance coverage for students, and the annual secretary of the board report. Summer maintenance projects were reviewed and members discussed the purchase of a spare bus for the district but no action was taken last night.

Following an executive session for personnel, Laredo board members offered a contract for an art position, one day a week at Laredo School. This is a shared position with the Pleasant View and Chula School Districts. The person's name will be announced upon acceptance of the contract.
