News : Three Charged In Grundy County

A 34-year old Trenton resident, Roger Farris, has been charged in Grundy County with Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with intent to use it to introduce Meth into the human body, both on Wednesday July 10.

Farris was being held in the Grundy county detention center in lieu of 15-thousand cash only bond.

Twenty-nine year old Juan Gallegos Jr. of Trenton has been charged in Grundy County with stealing by deceit. He is accused of trying to sell a rent to own house he did not own.

The charge alleges Miranda Hendricks and Michael Hamilton were induced to part with 14-hundred dollars as a down payment. The owners of the money were listed as Miranda Henricks, Michael Hamilton, and Randell and Phyllis McCloud.

Juan Gallegos Jr. was being held in the Grundy County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 cash only bond.

Twenty-year old Jackson Anderson of Trenton was charged in Grundy County with a probation violation. Anderson was being held in the Grundy County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 cash only bond.

Anderson, Gallegos, and Farris are to appear in Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court on July 23rd.
