Jerry Davis, 42, of Edina, is charged with felony counts of kidnapping, tampering with a victim, felonious restraint and two counts of domestic assault. He is being held in the Adair County jail under $150,000 cash only bond.

Also accused is Jonathon Prebe, 32, of Edina. He is charged with felony counts of kidnapping and tampering with a victim. There are also two misdemeanor charges against him. Prebe is being held in the Adair County jail under $100,000 cash only bond.

According to court documents, the victim told authorities she was held at the Prebe residence by the two men, against her will.

They also prevented her from leaving the residence. She was finally released when she promised the two men she wouldn't call the cops.

This is tied to the previous arrest of Davis in Adair County on charges of stealing the same victim's vehicle. Authorities say the two men were trying to persuade the victim from testifying in the previous case.

The two were arrested on the most recent charges as a result of a drug raid at the Prebe residence. Charges are pending against both men in connection with the drug raid.
