The Livingston County Sheriff's office was busy in court with 39 detainees facing judges.

This week the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office had 39 detainees from jail in either Associate or Circuit Court before Judge James Valbracht and/or Judge Thomas Chapman for mandatory court appearances. So far we have had 3 long days of Court activity and security in addition to other duties.

The following detainees were sentenced to the Missouri Department of Corrections by Judge Thomas Chapman:

Amy Fitzpatrick, Chillicothe, Possession of Controlled Substance.

Gordon Ratcliffe, Mountain Grove, Stealing.

Darrell Riggs Jr., Mercer, DWI.

Evage Howard Jr., Kansas City, Forgery.

Colten Raymo, Chillicothe, Distribution of a Controlled Substance.

Vernon Hines, Chillicothe, Distribution of a Controlled Substance.

Michael Hill, Chillicothe, Distribution of Controlled Substance Near School.

Randy Campbell, Chillicothe, Possession of a Controlled Substance.

These detainees will be transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections at the earliest convenience.
