The Chillicothe Police Department has been busing responding to calls. Here is a report of their activities.

Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 2800 block of Grand Avenue. The incident was determined to be verbal and no arrests were made.

Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Monroe Street. The incident was found to be verbal and no arrests were made.

Officers were dispatched to a business in the 1000 block of Graves Street in reference to a theft. Officers identified three suspects that had acted in concert and had stolen numerous items over a short period of time and were attempting to return some of the stolen property.


Officers arrested Patricia Ann Clark for possession of stolen property and felony possession of a controlled substance Clark was transported to the Police Department were she was processed and transferred to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail.

Officers arrested Justin Winfrey at the intersection of Hickory and Cowgill for trespassing and felony stealing. Winfrey was transported to the Police Department where he was processed and transferred to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail.

Officers arrested Michael A. Walker in the 1000 block of Graves Street for felony stealing and possession of a controlled substance. Walker was transported to the Police Department where he was processed and transferred to the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail.

Officers recovered property that had been reported stolen from two other locations and additional charges are being sought.
