Underground plumbing and electrical work, fireproofing, and exterior framing have been completed. The hospital roof is completed, and the roof on the Medical office building is to be finished within a month. Windows and glass are being installed to get the building enclosed. Walls are being framed, overhead duct work and Low voltage systems are being installed, and In-wall electrical and plumbing work is underway.

Drywall also is being put up in certain areas. Exterior stonework is to begin in June.
Sidewalks and parking lots are to be paved in July. Hospital managers are being taken to the site so they can familiarize themselves with how their respective departments will be set-up and located.

Coordination meetings with the city, contractors, engineers, and architects are being held on a monthly basis.
