An Illinois man was injured early Thursday morning in an Interstate 35 roll-over accident in Harrison County. The Highway Patrol described injuries as MODERATE for 19-year old Jaylon Leonard of Machesney, Illinois.

Leonard was taken by ambulance to Harrison County Community Hospital in Bethany. The wreck occurred four miles southwest of Ridgeway. The Patrol said Leonard was southbound when his vehicle drifted off the right side of the road, struck a ditch, and a fence. The vehicle overturned 1 1/2 times, before coming to rest on its top in a field. The vehicle was demolished. It was unknown whether the driver was using a seat belt.
