Two Cameron residents were hurt when a small (Polaris) utility vehicle overturned in a pasture west of Polo. An occupant, 21-year old Taylor Arinze, was taken by private vehicle to Liberty Hospital with what the Highway Patrol called SERIOUS injuries.
Another passenger, 33-year old Tanya Patterson, also was taken by private vehicle to Liberty Hospital. The Patrol said she had MODERATE injuries. The driver, 44-year old Donald McGinley of Polo, was not reported hurt.
The accident was early Saturday on private property one mile west of Polo. The Patrol said the utility vehicle overturned onto its right side when the operator attempted a left turn. Damage to the vehicle was listed as minor. |
