The Princeton girls and boys, in Friday night hoops action broadcast on KTTN FM 92.3 and 'Internet TV', split a pair of varsity games at Worth County High School. The Princeton girls won the opener, 57-49, with the Worth County boys rallying in the fourth quarter to take the nightcap, 65-57.

The PHS Lady Tigers, in their victory, were led by 22 points from Nancy Berwanger and 17 from Paige Phillips. Kaitlyn Davidson scored 13 points in the loss for Worth County.

The Princeton boys had leads of 31-29 at halftime, and 46-44 after three quarters at Worth County, but failed to close the door in the fourth quarter, as poor shooting doomed PHS late, in a 65-57 loss in Grant City. Brant Faulkner and Devin Purvis both scored 18 points for Princeton, with Bryce Ross scoring a game-high 31 points on courtwarming night for Worth County. Christopher Alarcon added 11 for the victorious Tigers.
