KTTN/KGOZ News : Tri-County announces new superintendent

The Jamesport Tri-County Board of Education has announced the selection of its next school superintendent. David Probasco will return to the Jamesport school as superintendent beginning July 1st.

Probasco was principal at Tri-County before taking the principal job in the Tina-Avalon district last summer. Probasco's salary for his first year as Tri-County Superintendent is $67,000. He also has been a teacher and coach in the Trenton, Norborne, and Hardin-Central School Districts. Current Tri-County Superintendent Phil Fox will become Administrator at the Laredo R-7 school this July.
