A Carroll County resident was injured early Sunday morning when the car he was driving overturned off Highway 24 east of Carrollton. Twenty-year old Chase Ewing of Bogard was taken to University Hospital in Columbia, with injuries described as MODERATE by the Highway Patrol.
The Patrol said the westbound car went off Highway 24 at a curve and overturned, demolishing the car. The Patrol said Ewing was NOT wearing a seat belt. |
