Photographs of pets are being sought by the Green Hills Animal Shelter in Trenton for a 2014 Pet Photo Calendar. The deadline to submit entries is Friday, February 1st. People may enter as many photos as they wish. There is a $5.00 entry fee for each photograph.

Voting will take place on February 11th through March 15th. Winning photographs will be selected by $1.00 a vote. The photo with the most votes will be featured on the calendar cover. Votes may be e-mailed to the Green Hills Animal Shelter, or left at several Trenton locations.

Twenty-five winning photos are to be selected, one for the cover and two for each month. Additional photos will be included elsewhere in the calendar. The contest is a fundraiser to care for the animals currently at the shelter.

Entry forms are available at the animal shelter, Honey Creek Veterinary Hospital, and at the animal shelter's website.
