A Brookfield woman was hurt when the car she has driving traveled off U.S. Highway 63 in Macon County and hit a concrete culvert. Nineteen-year old Dana Ingram was taken by private vehicle to Samaritan Hospital in Macon, with what the Highway Patrol called MODERATE injuries.
The accident was around the noon hour on Thursday just south of Excello, in southern Macon County. The Patrol said the southbound car went off the right side of the road and hit a concrete culvert, extensively damaging the car. Ms. Ingram was wearing a seat belt. |
