A Bucklin resident was hurt, when according to the Highway Patrol, she swerved her car to miss an animal in the road, and the vehicle went into a ditch. Sixty-three year old Joyce Herriman of Bucklin was taken to Pershing Memorial Hospital in Brookfield, with injuries described as minor.
The accident was Wednesday morning one mile south of Bucklin on Highway 129. The Patrol said the southbound car went off the right side of the road and hit a ditch. The car sustained moderate damage. Ms. Herriman was wearing a seat belt. |
