Automobile Accidents : Brunswick man injured in dump truck accident

A Brunswick man was injured when the dump truck he was driving went off Chariton County Route F and overturned. Fifty-year old Kenneth Sharp was taken by private vehicle to Pershing Memorial Hospital in Brookfield with what the Highway Patrol called MODERATE injuries.

The accident was Tuesday afternoon southeast of Rothville. The Patrol said the dump truck was southbound on Route F when it went off the right side of the road and overturned, demolishing the vehicle. The Patrol said Sharp was not wearing a seat belt.
