KTTN/KGOZ News : Federal authorities arrest Gallatin man

The Gallatin Police Department, along with federal agents from the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Social Securities, and the Missouri Department of Revenue, have served an arrest warrant for 58-year old Jose Felix Gutierrez of Gallatin. The Livingston County warrant was for forgery.

Officers also conducted a search of the Gallatin residence relating to the warrant, as well as possible additional charges. Bond is $75,000 cash.

Gutierrez was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Livingston County Jail in Chillicothe by special agents of the National Security Unit based out of Kansas City.
