Coming off of their recent District 15 championship game victory over Princeton, the North Harrison Shamrocks enjoyed the "fruits of their labor", with six girls from Eagleville named all-district in 2012.
North Harrison players on the squad are junior pitchers Baily Perkins and Abbe Gibson, sophomore catcher Samantha Rinehart, freshman infielder Haley Craig, junior infielder Megan White, and freshman outfielder Allie Stanley.
Princeton Lady Tigers named to the squad are sophomore pitcher Chelsie Jones, senior infielders Nancy Berwanger and Emily Schwenneker, junior infielder Shaylee Henley, and sophomore outfielder Rachelle Parks.
Others rounding out the team are Mercer senior pitcher Courtney Owens, Mercer junior catcher Hayley Sample, Newtown-Harris sophomore infielder Maddie Gibson, Grundy R-5 junior infielder Elizabeth Novak, and Cainsville senior utility player Michelle Sobotka. |
