An accident that occurred on Monday night, October 8th injured two members of a Gallatin family. The Highway Patrol said the wreck occurred on Highway 6 at Altamont, when a vehicle had 'mechanical malfunctions' that caused it to run off the north side of the road and struck the deck of a house.
The Patrol said 28-year old Susan Clevenger and one-year old Autumn Clevenger received 'minor' injuries. Both were taken by ambulance to Cameron Regional Medical Center. The car was driven by 34-year old Kelly Clevenger, who escaped injury.
The car was demolished. All three people were utilizing seat belts at the time of the crash. |
