Two vehicles collided east of King City on Sunday afternoon, sending one person to Northwest Medical Center in Albany. The Highway Patrol said 21 year old Danielle Stitt of McFall received minor injuries, and was taken to the Albany hospital.

Ms. Stitt was a passenger in a car driven by 22 year old David Stitt, also of McFall. They were eastbound on Route Z, following a pickup truck which had slowed to make a right turn. The impact occurred as the pickup was hit from behind.

The car was demolished. The pickup, driven by 45 year old Todd Stegman of King City, received minor damage. Neither driver was injured in the accident, six miles east of King City.
