The Highway Patrol described injuries as MODERATE for 64 year old William Rider and 67 year old Carolyn Rider (both of Humphreys), after a motorcycle crash on Wednesday evening. Both were taken by medical helicopter to Truman Medical Center.
The patrol said the northbound motorcycle struck a deer, ejecting both the driver and his passenger.
The location was on Route W, a quarter of a mile south of Rainbow Road. Both persons were wearing helmets. Damage was listed as minor for the motorcycle. |
