KTTN/KGOZ News : Gallatin Police arrest 44-year old on burglary charges

On Thursday, September 6th, the Gallatin Police Department arrested 44-year old Joseph L. Loucks of Gallatin on charges of Felony Burglary.

These charges were issued by the Daviess County Prosecutor as a result of the police department's investigation into the burglary of a business that occurred in Gallatin on or about Tuesday, August 7th.

Loucks was picked up by Gallatin Police and is currently being held at the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail in Pattonsburg on $35,000 cash bond.
