The Foundation Trust for Trenton High School, Incorporated held its annual meeting on Sunday and re-elected officers, made plans for the 2013 reunion and approved a request for equipment.


Officers for the Foundation Board were re-elected and include President – Dr. John L. Holcomb, Secretary – Steve Maxey and Treasurer – Rebecca Allnutt Cochran, all of Trenton. Other members of the board are Joanna Key Anderson of Casper, Wyoming; Charles Hoffman of Trenton, James Hughes and Ed McCarty of Kansas City, and Steve Muff of Trenton.

Announced as committee members to work with the Foundation in planning the 2013 reunion are Dr. Alisa Baugher Wiggins, Stephanie Crawford Eaton, Tim Humphreys and Jerry Keuhn.

Board members heard reports from Trenton R-9 Superintendent Becky Albrecht and THS Alumni Coordinator Karen Saul. Mrs. Albrecht thanked the board for the recent purchase of picnic tables for use at CF Russell Stadium and at the THS Tennis Courts and members approved the purchase of a “video message board” for the Trenton Middle School Commons.

Mrs. Saul reported good numbers in attendance at the Friday night hospitality mixer and both the Saturday morning and Sunday morning brunches. Many classes hosted special events over the weekend with large numbers in attendance.
