KTTN/KGOZ Sports : Putnam County rallies for thrilling season-opening softball win

The Putnam County Lady Midgets rallied for a 9-8 softball win over LaPlata on Wednesday night, earning the victory on the strength of a two-run RBI double by senior Dakoda Owings to end the contest. Owings finished 4-for-4 for Putnam County and drove in five runs.
