Sports : Trenton football to mix experience and youth during approaching 2012 season

The 2012 Trenton Bulldog football season has important dates coming on the horizon, with the opening of fall camp on Monday morning, August 6th, a jamboree at Maysville High School on Friday, August 17th, and the regular season-opener at Carrollton High School on Friday, August 24th.

Trenton's boys are coming off a challenging summer camp in Indianola, Iowa. Head coach Wes Croy says the summer work has given his squad a decent level of confidence coming into August:

Coach Croy admits to feeling the calendar moving swiftly towards the Carrollton opener on August 24th:

It may not pay huge dividends on the varsity level this fall, but there is a positive buzz with the freshmen class coming into the fall:
