News : Trenton's Gray family continues meetings in Washington, DC

Concerning the effort by a Trenton family to obtain a green card, to obtain permanent residency in the U-S, three meetings were held on Monday morning and another was scheduled for Monday afternoon with representatives of U-S Congressmen in Washington D-C.

Ali Gray and daughter Lauren are in Washington for meetings arranged by the staff of Congressman Sam Graves and by a Portland, Oregon immigration attorney.

Added to the afternoon agenda was a meeting with an aide to Congressman Steve King from Iowa. There are meetings Tuesday morning on the Senate side before the trio (Ali, Lauren, and Shelby Muff) return to Trenton Tuesday evening. Mrs. Gray characterized Lauren as willing to follow through with her plan to deport herself before her 21st birthday on Wednesday, August 8th:

In this case, Mrs. Gray meant Lauren would be returning to her home country of England.
