KTTN/KGOZ News : Cainsville motorcyclist injured in weekend collision

The Highway Patrol says a Cainsville man was injured on Thursday when his motorcycle was struck by an unknown vehicle. The accident happened on Harrison County Route N, just a half mile west of Route B.

The Patrol described injuries as SERIOUS for 53 year old Weldon Everett who was taken by ambulance to the Harrison County Community Hospital in Bethany.

The patrol said Everett's motorcycle was eastbound on Route N, cresting a hill, when another vehicle crossed the center line, striking the motorcycle, and then fleeing the scene.
