The Sullivan County Fair in Milan will include a horse show on Sunday, July 1st, held in conjunction with the Fifth Annual Green Hills Horse Show Circuit All-Youth Show at the Green City Saddle Club Arena. Admission is $1.00 for spectators ages 12 and older.

Activities at the Sullivan County Fair resume on Tuesday, July 10th and continue through Saturday, July 14th. The Sullivan County Fair Queen Pageant is the evening of July 10th at the Sullivan County Community Center. Most of the Sullivan County Fair activities will be at the American Legion Building and grounds in Milan.

4-H, FFA, Home Economics, Horticulture, and Floriculture exhibits will be judged and entered on July 11th. Livestock judging includes goats and sheep on July 12th and small animals and swine on July 13th. Activities on July 14th at Milan include a breakfast sponsored by the Sullivan County Farm Bureau. The breakfast is free to 4-H and FFA members and their families. Also on July 14th, beef will be judged, and the "Super Farmer" competition will be held. There is no charge to watch the Super Farmer contests.
