An Albany resident was injured south of Kearney when the southbound car she was driving went off the left side of Interstate 35 and hit a cable barrier several times.

Forty-six year old Theresa Harsh of Albany was taken to Liberty Hospital to treat what the Highway Patrol described as minor injuries.

The Patrol said the southbound car went off the left side of I-35, hit the cable barrier several times, and came to rest off the right shoulder of the road, demolishing the vehicle in the process. The Patrol said Miss Harsh was not wearing a seat belt.
