KTTN/KGOZ News : Chillicothe man injured in ATV accident

A Chillicothe resident was injured when an All-Terrain vehicle went off a road southeast of Gallatin. The Highway Patrol said 21 year old Tyler Trammell of Chillicothe received minor injuries, and was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment.

The Patrol accused Trammell of Driving While Intoxicated and Careless and Imprudent Driving Involving An Accident.

The accident occurred near midnight on Saturday night five miles southeast of Gallatin on Saber Road. The Patrol said the southbound 2012 Model ATV went off the road, causing minor damage to the right side of the machine. The Patrol said Trammell was not wearing a safety device.
