KTTN/KGOZ Sports : Gooseberry Festival's 5K and 10K runs will be Saturday

The 2012 Gooseberry Festival's 5K/10K Walk-Run, sponsored by the Grundy County Health Department, will be held on Saturday, June 16th at Eastside Park. Sign-in begins at 7:00 AM in the Shelter House.

The walk will begin at 7:30, with medals awarded in all age brackets. There is no charge for registration. The first 125 registrants will receive a free t-shirt.

This year you can register online at www.grundycohealthdept.org. For more information, call the Grundy County Health Department at (660) 359-4196.
