FCS Financial is recognizing 17 different 4-H Clubs and FFA Chapters, including two from northern Missouri, with $250 grants for submitting outstanding Shaping Rural Missouri applications and plans to complete a "Community Improvement Project" in the next couple of months.
This is the first year FCS Financial has funded the Shaping Rural Missouri grants for 4-H Clubs and FFA Chapters.
Recipients include the Dawn Sunrise Hustlers 4-H Club in Livingston County for landscaping at the Mervyn Jenkins Community Center in Dawn.
Another is the Ridgeway R-5 FFA Chapter in Harrison County to assist with the agriculture and community building project on the school grounds.
