Decked out in designer duds, Thomas Guerra showed no emotions in his first court appearance. A judge ordered him to stay off internet dating websites, after prosecutors said they believe he's still using them.

A man, identified as Bill, says he's not surprised by the concerns of prosecutors. Bill said he was infected by Guerra with HIV after a year-long relationship that began on the dating site Grindr, which is based on location proximity.

Bill says this is the profile Guerra is using these days. He describes himself as a “homecoming queen” and a part-time model.

Bill says Guerra has been on the site several times in the past week since he was charges.

“I think he's a sexual sociopath,” Bill said. “This is someone that has no feelings and no emotions as to what he's been doing to people, and he's continuing to engage in this type of behavior.”

Bills says he filed his police report on Tuesday. Guerra is accused of misdemeanor count of knowingly infecting another ex-boyfriend with HIV.

And yet another ex, a San Francisco man who also met Guerra on Grindr, believes Guerra also infected him.

Text messages from an investigative report appear to show Guerra bragging about spreading the disease. Prosecutors hinted that the text messages are talking about victims to other potential victims.

Taylor Garrot of the San Diego County Attorney Office said they are further investigating the text messages.

Bill hopes the courts can make sure Guerra won't be headed online.

“I know of other people he has supposedly been hooking up with these past few weeks. I don't want other people getting hurt,” Bill said.
