A resident in 12-thousand block of road Liv 424 went home and found the house had appeared to have recently been gone through and some valuables were packed up for removal that should not have been.

Livingston county sheriff's office said evidence suggests the resident may have
went into the home while one or more intruders were inside.  The home owner left the
home when they realized this and fled to the end of the road and called law enforcement.  No one was found in the home when it was earched.  Investigation suggests the time frame of the crime is between 10:00 a.m. and 1:10 p.m. Friday August 29th.

Investigation shows that some items such as computer and camera are missing.
Other items of value were gathered to be removed.

The investigation continues. Anyone with information on this or other crimes is
asked to call the Livingston County Sheriff's Department at 660-646-0515 or the emergency dispatch.
