The NCAA has ruled that former Missouri wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham will not be allowed to play for the Oklahoma Sooners in the 2014 season.

The decision was announced Friday night. The University of Oklahoma had requested that Green-Beckham be made eligible to play immediately, claiming he was "run off" the team at Mizzou. DGB transferred to OU in April, after a series of highly-publicized run-in's with the law during his two years in Columbia.

While at MU, Green-Beckham was charged in October 2012 with marijuana possession, and later plead guilty to trespassing. The last incident was an investigation into a suspected burglary, although DGB was neither arrested or charged.

Dorial Green-Beckham arrived at Missouri in 2012 as the number one recruit in America, joining the Tigers after prepping at Hillcrest High School in Springfield, Missouri. Oklahoma is very familiar with the talented receiver, as the Sooners were one of the finalists in DGB's recruitment coming out of high school.
