News : Recent Drug Arrests And Seizures In Chillicothe

The Chillicothe Police Department has released a report of activities. Included in the report, are arrests on drug charges, seizures of drugs, as well as a domestic assault and more.

On 08/07/2014, a search warrant for narcotics was executed in the 900 block of Vine Street. As a result of that investigation Cheri Admire and Travis Anderson were arrested and subsequently charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Their Livingston County warrants carried $10,000 and $5,000 cash bonds.

On 08/07/2014, a traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Elm Street and First Street. A consent search was conducted at the scene and as a result Misty Stanley was arrested. A Livingston County warrant was later issued on Stanley for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute. The warrant carried a $10,000 cash bond.

On 08/14/2014, a report of theft was filed from a local business. As a result of that investigation William (Billy) Long was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute. A Livingston County warrant was later issued and carried a $10,000 cash only bond.

On 08/15/2014, officers responded to the 1100 block of 2nd Street in reference to a domestic disturbance. As a result of that investigation Peggy Zorn was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and Kevin Zorn was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and 2nd degree domestic assault. Livingston County warrants were later issued for both subjects that carried a $10,000 cash bond.

On 08/15/2014, Officers conducted an investigation into an assault that occurred in the 900 block of Walnut Street. Officers arrested the following: William McHardie for 2nd degree assault, armed criminal action, distribution of a controlled substance (warrant issued $50,000 bond); Nola Glasgow for 2nd degree assault, armed criminal action, and three counts of distribution of a controlled substance (warrant issued $75,000 bond); Ashley Reed for distribution of a controlled substance (warrant issued $25,000 bond); and Tiffany Midgyett for 2nd degree assault and armed criminal action (warrant issued $50,000 bond). This information was released on the 08/18/2014 press release issued by Sergeant Stephens.

On 08/15/2014, officers responded to the 900 block of Walnut Street in reference to an assault the investigation revealed that a white male had been struck in the head multiple times with a golf club by several subjects. The victim was transported to the Hedrick Medical Center with physical injuries. The arrests described in Sgt. Stephens’ press release were a result of that call for service.
