At 9:30 last night, 49 year old Robert Blozvich of Spickard was southbound on West 60th Avenue when he apparently lost control of his truck. It skidded off the east side of the gravel road, struck an embankment, overturned, and came to rest on its top.

Blozvich received moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to the Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton. The patrol said Blozvich was not using a seat belt. The truck was demolished in the accident four miles west of Spickard.

Yesterday afternoon at 1:15, a Kansas City man was injured when, according to the highway patrol, he was hurt in motorcycle accident seven miles south of Bethany.

The patrol reports a bag fell from the motorcycle, and became lodged in the rear tire.

The motorcycle began skidding and overturned onto its side, skidded off the west side
of Interstate 35, and came to a stop in a grassy area.

26 year old Marcus Hamilton of Kansas City received moderate injuries and was taken by an ambulance to the Liberty Hospital. The motorcycle received moderate damage.

Hamilton was using a safety device.
