22 year old Chillicothe resident, Colton Mathews, was sentenced to serve 120 days with the Missouri department of corrections as a special condition of continuing his probation. He's to be involved with a court order “intensive treatment” program.

Mathews admitted violating probation. He's on probation on Grundy county charges
of second degree burglary and tampering with a motor vehicle last October.

A pre-trial conference was held on the case involving 48 year old Faron Lawrence formerly of Trenton. He faces felony charges for the alleged possession of burglary tools and drug paraphernalia on January 29th. Lawrence, on another charge certified to Division One, is accused of driving the wrong way on

McPherson Street January 28th. The jury trial is listed for July 15th. The court is requesting 50 potential jurors be summoned to the Courthouse for the trial.

A request for bond modification has again been denied by the circuit court.

Another defendant, 34 year old Christopher Owen of Trenton has been released from custody on a 15 thousand dollar personal recognizance bond along with specific restrictions. He's to return to circuit court July 17th. He's accused of criminal
non support of a minor child.
