Accidents : Gallatin Man Injured In Crash

A Gallatin man was taken to a hospital after he was injured in a Gentry county traffic accident.

he highway patrol said 48 year old David Parmenter received moderate injuries when his north bound vehicle traveled off the west side of Route H and struck the ditch.

After that impact, the patrol said Parmenter over-corrected to the right with the vehicle returning to the road where it overturned and went off the east side, struck a fence, and came to rest upsidedown.

Parmenter was taken by a private vehicle to Northwest Medical Center at Albany.

The patrol said it was unknown whether he was using a seat belt.

The vehicle was demolished in the Wednesday night 9 o'clock accident, six miles south of Darlington.
