50 year old Bryan McArthur of 1003 Avalon in Trenton, has been charged with one count of forgery, and two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery, all on February 28th.

Bond was set at 35 thousand dollars with McArthur allowed to post ten percent as a cash bond. He’s to be arraigned Monday morning, May 5th at 9 a-m in the associate division of the Daviess County Circuit Court at Gallatin.

Information from the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department indicates the arrest stemmed from McArthur’s alleged involvement in having a student sign a check purportedly on behalf of his son.
